Parents have been assigned to a team for one rehearsal for the year to set up and tear down for rehearsal and to provide snacks for the rehearsal break. Parents are asked to provide 36 individually wrapped snacks or beverages for the rehearsal break. Please consult with your team members prior to the rehearsal to coordinate snacks and beverages.
The Setup Schedule link below will provide you with your assigned week along with the other members of your team. The Orchestra Map Setup link provides a detailed diagram of the orchestra set up for use in setting the room for rehearsal.
Please make careful note of the room setup before you begin arranging chairs and stands for the rehearsal, as the room must be returned to its original condition at the end of rehearsal.
